The conference qualification period is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

QUALIFICATION RULES

Each year, producers may qualify for an invitation to the Independent Leaders' Conference (ILC) and/or Chairman's Trip (CT). Please note the requirements below. For more information on Chairman's Trip, please reference the following links:

^*Weighted premium production is required between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Minimum of five lives credit and at least a 91.00% agent persistency ratio on the December 31, 2025, persistency report. No more than 25% of qualifying production can result from policies written on oneself.

^**Agents may qualify for the diamond tier by producing an additional $100,000 in Care Solutions weighted premium. Qualifiers will enjoy two additional evenings before the conference begins with a daily food and activity allowance for you and one guest.

NEW PRODUCER CONFERENCE QUALIFICATION RULES

An independent brokerage producer contracted during the 2025 calendar year is eligible for an invitation to ILC only following the pro-rata schedule as indicated below. In addition, each producer must have paid:

For five lives or more; and,
Have at least a 91.00% agent persistency ratio on the December 31, 2025, persistency report.

GENERAL TRIP INFORMATION

Attendance at the Independent Leaders’ Conference is by invitation only.
Interpretation of the qualification rules and ultimate issuance of invitations is at the discretion of the company.
No substitutions or compensation will be given in the event a qualifier cannot attend the trip.
OneAmerica Financial^® will pay eligible expenses for the qualifier who has been extended an invitation and one guest 18 or older.
No additional expenses will be allowed for a qualifier attending without a guest.
OneAmerica Financial reports taxable expenses to the IRS, as required by law.
Only qualifier holding an active producer contract on the actual dates of the trip may attend.

DEFINITIONS

Weighted Premium is calculated according to the following schedule:

Whole Life — Multiple Pay	100% of annualized premium
Whole Life — Single Pay	10% of annualized premium
PUA Rider Premium	10% of first year premium received
Other Rider Premium	100% of annualized premium
Care Solutions Life — Multiple Pay	100% of annualized premium
Care Solutions Life — Single Pay	10% of annualized premium
Term Life	100% of annualized premium
Care Solutions Annuities^*	10% of first year premium
AUL Fixed Annuities	10% of first year premium

^*Care Solutions Annuity policies that fund a Care Solutions Life policy will not receive any annuity credit. 100% of credit will be applied to the life portion of the sale.

LIVES CREDIT

The following items count as one life:

Each sale of an individual life policy
Each sale of an individual annuity policy

Note: Riders attached to individual policies will not count as a life.
