Care Solutions Producer

The conference qualification period is Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2025.

Each year, producers may qualify for an invitation to Chairman’s Trip (CT) and Independent Leaders’ Conference (ILC). Please note the following requirements below. For more information on ILC, please reference the links below:

QUALIFICATION RULES

^*Conference credits are required between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Conference credits are one credit for every dollar of issued Care Solutions premium. Asset Care Recurring Premium 5-pays are calculated by multiplying the first-year premium by a factor of 5. All other recurring premium modes will be multiplied by a factor of 10.

GENERAL TRIP INFORMATION

• Attendance is by invitation only.
• Interpretation of the qualification rules and ultimate issuance of invitations are at the discretion of the company.
• OneAmerica Financial will pay eligible expenses for the producer who has been extended an invitation and one guest over the age of 18.
• No additional expenses will be allowed for a producer attending without a guest.
• No substitutions or compensation will be given in the event a producer cannot attend the conference.
• OneAmerica Financial reports taxable expenses to the IRS, as required by law.
• Only producers holding an active producer contract on the actual dates of the trip may attend.
• Conference attendance is not transferable.
• Producers must be licensed with The State Life Insurance Company ^© as of March 1, 2025. Please verify eligibility with your marketing organization or financial institution.
