The conference qualification period is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.

QUALIFICATION RULES

Producers may qualify for an invitation to the Independent Leaders’ Conference by meeting the following requirements:

• 1,250,000 conference credits are required between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
  • Conference credits are one credit for every dollar of issued Care Solutions premium^*

* Asset Care Recurring Premium 5-pays are calculated by multiplying the first year premium by a factor of 5. All other recurring premium modes will be multiplied by a factor of 10.

Diamond Qualifier Tier

• Qualify for the diamond tier by earning an additional 1,000,000 (2.25 million in total) in conference credits between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. Diamond qualifiers will enjoy two additional evenings before the conference begins with a daily food and activity allowance for you and a guest. 

GENERAL TRIP INFORMATION

• Attendance at the Independent Leaders’ Conference is by invitation only.
• Interpretation of the qualification rules and ultimate issuance of invitations is at the discretion of the company.
• No substitutions or compensation will be given in the event a producer cannot attend the trip.
• OneAmerica Financial^SM will pay eligible expenses for the producer who has been extended an invitation and one guest 18 or older.
• No additional expenses will be allowed for a producer attending without a guest.
• OneAmerica Financial reports taxable expenses to the IRS, as required by law.
• Only producers holding an active producer contract on the actual dates of the trip may attend.
