Malcoma Brown-Ekeogu is currently caring for her mother and a prior care partner for her husband Kenneth, who transitioned in September 2024 with Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD).

She is a 2024 Care Fellow recipient for Caring Across Generations, dementia advocate, volunteer member with Georgia Alzheimer's and Related Disease (GARD), well as a local Certified Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T) volunteer.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Amy Chinn currently serves as vice president of Long-Term Care Claims and Risk Management at OneAmerica Financial^®, a role she started in 2024. Amy is responsible for a leading our strategic approach that combines customer care, proactive risk management, and operational excellence. Amy’s goal is to transform claims management into a true differentiator for OneAmerica Financial.

Throughout her career, Amy has collaborated with healthcare providers and technology innovators in the disability, life, dental, and long-term care insurance sectors. By integrating early intervention strategies and leveraging processes and technology, she drives solutions that make a difference for stakeholders. Amy previously worked for the companies of OneAmerica Financial from 2015 – 2022 when she served as Vice President of Claims Operations.

Amy graduated from Ball State University with a B.A. in Journalism. She holds the designations of Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Associate, Health Insurance Association (HIA), and Certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute. She currently serves on the board of Dollars for Scholars, supporting educational opportunities and scholarships for students in need.

Chris Durrance is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, who is director of the multiplatform PBS series, CAREGIVING. Durrance worked on more than a dozen films for FRONTLINE, three presidential biographies and an independent documentary on gerrymandering – SLAY THE DRAGON– which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. He is the winner of a Peabody, two Emmys, a duPont-Columbia silver baton and an Overseas Press Club award. Recently, Durrance directed two major PBS series on science and medicine – CANCER: THE EMPEROR OF ALL MALADIES and THE GENE. He is the founder of Seven One Eight Studios.

Tafa Jefferson is the Founder and CEO of Amada Senior Care, a franchise devoted to enriching the lives of seniors by providing compassionate, non-medical, in-home care and consulting services. With 180 locations spanning 42 states, Amada Senior Care has established itself as a trusted provider of concierge care.

Tafa was featured in Forbes, Inc., and Entrepreneur, and was named as a standout honoree on several prestigious “40 under 40” lists of business innovators. As member of the Aspen Institute and Global Leadership Network and 2017 graduate of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program, Tafa was appointed in September 2022 to serve on the Executive Board of Directors for the Lincoln Institute. Since November of 2023, Tafa serves as a Dementia Care Provider on the National Roundtable Board for the Alzheimer’s Association in Chicago IL.

As a director on the American Board of Home Care since 2009, Tafa continues to pursue his passion of senior care – in particular, caring for seniors in need. He is a 2007 graduate of the University of the Pacific’s Eberhardt School of Business where he seeks to give back and contribute as a newly appointed trustee and regent in 2023.

Through these many diverse roles, Tafa strives to make a meaningful impact in his community by identifying needs and acting to provide solutions. When he is not engrossed in service, Tafa obsesses over smoking meats and creating new rubs as he pursues a personal goal of becoming a semiprofessional pit boss. Tafa lives in Southern California and is married to his high school sweetheart Alysia. Together, they have four children: Helena (22), Natalie (20), Nile (17), and Taylor (15), along with their 3-year-old fur baby, Lucy the Labradoodle.

Jeff Levin is vice president of distribution and head Care Solutions with OneAmerica Financial^®. He leads a team of divisional vice presidents, regional sales directors and managers, and the account management team in the distribution, sale, and support of the company’s Care Solutions product line.

Before joining OneAmerica, Jeff spent almost 25 years with Genworth in various long-term care distribution, account management, product development, operations, and leadership roles.

A winning business leader with deep commercial expertise, Jeff is a collaborative, hands-on leader with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. He is certified in long-term care and Six Sigma. He is a sought-after panelist and thought leader among the industry’s associations and trade publications. Jeff is a current board member for the Intercompany Long Term Care Insurance Conference Association, Inc. (ILTCI) and participates in NAIFA’s Long Term Care Legislative Working Group.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a fifth generation native of San Francisco, but now lives in the Richmond, Virginia area. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, reading, listening to music, and being outdoors.

Richard Lui is a veteran NBCU and CNN anchor, fintech founder, and award-winning filmmaker. He has covered major global events, including five U.S. elections and geopolitical crises over two decades, engaging influential stakeholders across politics, business, media, and society. One of his six business launches includes a fintech payment business at Citibank, which Richard and his cofounders patented. He led marketing at Mariana, an AI account based marketing company, and is a thought leader in the care economy focusing on deep learning and large-scale datasets for systemic market transformation. His filmography includes two Oscar- and Grammy-qualifying movies, with a third release set for 2026. Richard authored the bestselling book "Enough About Me" and a research compendium on workplace impact and inclusion. He serves as a caregiving ambassador for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, AARP, the Alzheimer’s Association, Hilarity for Charity, and others.

Natalie Sutton joined the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter as Chapter Executive in June 2017. A native Hoosier, Natalie has experience working locally, regionally and nationally for voluntary health organizations.

Natalie is a 2003 graduate of DePauw University and earned a Master of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs in Indianapolis.

Natalie is proud to be a part of the Alzheimer’s Association and to lead the Chapter’s work, making a difference in the lives of 121,000 Hoosiers living with Alzheimer’s disease and their caregivers. Diane Ty is the Managing Director of the Milken Institute Future of Aging, which advances healthy longevity and financial well-being for all through a life course perspective on aging and longevity. She leads the Future of Aging’s strategic direction and operations, including its signature program, the Alliance to Improve Dementia Care. This multi-sector collaborative of more than 130 organizations and thought leaders works together to transform and improve the complex health and long-term care systems that people at risk for or living with dementia and their caregivers must navigate. She is a senior advisor at Georgetown University’s Business for Impact at the McDonough School of Business, where she previously led multiple consulting engagements in health and financial security, including founding the AgingWell Hub and Portion Balance Coalition. Ty has held executive-level positions at AARP, AARP Services, Inc., Save the Children, and American Express Company and provided consulting services in marketing, strategy, and program development to several nonprofits and start-ups. Ty earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She was a Lauder Institute fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, earning an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA from the School of Arts and Sciences. Her volunteer work includes serving on the board of Capital Caring Health and as a gubernatorial appointee on the Maryland State Commission on Aging.

Donna Wilcock, PhD is a professor of neurology and Director of the Center for Neurodegenerative Disorders at Indiana University School of Medicine. She is also the Barbara and Larry Sharpf Professor in Alzheimer's Disease Research, a member of Stark Neurosciences Research Institute, and a member of the Indiana Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (IADRC).

Dr. Wilcock's research focuses on the intersection of Alzheimer's disease and vascular cognitive impairment and dementia. Using mouse models and patient samples, Dr. Wilcock is exploring the role of neuroinflammation and dysregulated angiogenesis in VCID. In addition, she has several active projects exploring the underlying mechanisms of beta-amyloid immunotherapy-related ARIA. Her research is funded by the NINDS and NIA.
