Diane R. Boyle is the senior vice president of government relations for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Diane R. Boyle is the senior vice president of government relations for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing NAIFA's comprehensive state, interstate, and federal legislative and regulatory strategies and daily executing association activities to provide advocacy services for insurance and financial professionals to support a private, competitive insurance marketplace. She serves as NAIFA’s chief federal lobbyist specializing in tax legislation focused on life and health insurance products, workplace benefits, pensions, and small business issues. Boyle is a proud Capitol-level contributor to IFAPAC and works closely with the political affairs team to develop strategies and programs to maximize NAIFA’s grassroots efforts around the country.
Boyle is an expert NAIFA spokesman on legislative issues with national and trade media outlets. She is a frequent contributor to many NAIFA publications and internet forums. She also represents NAIFA on various industry coalitions and panels and is a regular speaker during NAIFA’s signature events.
Boyle joined the NAIFA family in April of 1991. Before expanding health and workplace benefit representation to all NAIFA members in 2010, she served as the executive vice president for the Association of Health Insurance Advisors, the former health conference of NAIFA. She was instrumental in developing the association’s comprehensive legislative program. Boyle developed the State Legislation Association Planning Process and the award-winning Rx for Health Care Lobbying Kit.
Boyle's legislative career began in the Louisiana State Legislature, where she served as a legislative assistant for the Jefferson Parish Delegation, consisting of 14 Representatives and seven Senators. She further enhanced her knowledge in the legislative arena by working for two Louisiana Congressmen. A political and public relations consulting firm also employed Boyle, where she developed legislative grassroots programs and public relations strategies for numerous clients.

Donna Wilcock, PhD
Donna Wilcock, PhD is a professor of neurology and Director of the Center for Neurodegenerative Disorders at Indiana University School of Medicine.

Donna Wilcock, PhD is a professor of neurology and Director of the Center for Neurodegenerative Disorders at Indiana University School of Medicine. She is also the Barbara and Larry Sharpf Professor in Alzheimer's Disease Research, a member of Stark Neurosciences Research Institute, and a member of the Indiana Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (IADRC).
Dr. Wilcock's research focuses on the intersection of Alzheimer's disease and vascular cognitive impairment and dementia. Using mouse models and patient samples, Dr. Wilcock is exploring the role of neuroinflammation and dysregulated angiogenesis in VCID. In addition, she has several active projects exploring the underlying mechanisms of beta-amyloid immunotherapy-related ARIA. Her research is funded by the NINDS and NIA.

Jan Graeber is a Senior Actuary at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) where she is currently responsible for industry advocacy on long term care, risk classification, disability income and algorithmic accountability. Jan is responsible for industry advocacy regarding these products before federal and state policymakers and at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and other groups that influence insurance policy, laws and regulations. Prior to joining ACLI, Jan spent over 20 years at the Texas Department of Insurance where she served as Chief Actuary over life and health products. Jan received her B.B.A in Actuarial Science from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of both the Society of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries.

Martin graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science. He is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. While part of his heart will always remain in Canada, he has made Indiana home, even appearing in the Hoosier by Choice video campaign.

Jeff is renowned in the long-term care insurance industry for his expertise in designing, improving, and implementing Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) programs as well as building fraud detection technology for insurance carriers and third-party administrators. He excels in integrating analytics and technology into fraud detection, strengthening Special Investigation Unit (SIU) investigations, and developing formalized FWA claim mitigation strategies.
Before joining the long-term care insurance community, Jeff spent nearly 15 years as a trial attorney, specializing in insurance coverage and fraud defense. He holds a degree in Psychology from Wabash College and earned his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Before his entrepreneurial journey, Evan attended college when he was 11, graduating from UC Berkeley with his bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and Computational Modeling when he was 16. He then went on to pursue his Ph.D. at MIT in Computational Neuroscience where he used machine learning and computer vision modeling to advance computational neuroscience and AI research. Tafa lives in Southern California and is married to his high school sweetheart Alysia. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining the Care Solutions suite of Asset Based Long-Term Care solutions.Brian began his insurance career as an agent in 1997. In 2006, he joined the companies of OneAmerica Financial as an Internal Wholesaler for Care Solutions and has been with the organization ever since. Brian was promoted to Unit Leader for the Care Solutions Sales Desk in 2010, became Manager if ILFS Inbound Sales in 2011 and was later named Manager of Care Solutions Internal Sales, serving in that role from 2013-2016. He has also served as Director of Care Solutions Internal Sales and became Director of ILFS Internal Sales in 2018. He was promoted to his current role in 2019.
Brian earned his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from The American College and also holds a CLTC designation. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a degree in political science. He received commission as 2nd Lt. in the U.S. Air Force in 1990 and was medically discharged in 1991. Brian and his wife Nancy currently reside in Brownsburg, IN with their three children and two stepchildren.

Mueller previously served as vice president, Long-Term Care (LTC) at New York Life. In this role, she drove LTC product innovation and played a critical role in developing the long-term strategy of the company’s LTC business. She also took part in a variety of industry advocacy groups and state-level LTC government program committees. Prior to joining New York Life, Mueller served as the head of LTC Solutions at the Advantage Insurance Network, where she created and executed an innovative strategy to wholesale asset-based LTC solutions and grew the company’s LTC premium by more than 400% in a three-year period.
Mueller graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a B.A. in English.
