    4:00 p.m.: Hotel check-in begins
    6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: Welcome reception at The Skyline Club, 36th floor of the OneAmerica Tower - please check in at the registration desk on the first floor of the OneAmerica Tower in order to receive your name badge, which will grant access to the restaurant.

    Tickets and Flight Selections
    Flights will be selected for you based on OneAmerica Financial guidelines and in accordance with the program's designated airfares. Please be aware that the rules associated with these designated airfares may require traveling on a preselected airline carrier and using a nonrefundable, nontransferable ticket.

    Should you wish to select a different flight option (such as first class, nonstop, specific carrier, etc.) you will be responsible for the fare difference. If you wish to make changes after tickets are issued, or if you deviate from program guidelines, any additional charges are your responsibility.

  • Uber/Lyft Reimbursement
    OneAmerica Financial will reimburse you for transportation expenses, up to $100, from the Indianapolis International Airport. Please forward your electronic receipt within two weeks of the meeting to Carolyn Beagle: carolyn.beagle@oneamerica.com along with the address you where would like the reimbursement check sent.

    Parking & mileage reimbursement
    If you drive to the meeting, OneAmerica Financial will cover self-parking at the Hilton if you let the hotel know at check-in that you have parked in its garage. Valet parking will not be covered.

    Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS rate of $0.67 per mile from your office address to the Hilton. You'll receive reimbursements for your mileage on-site.

    Park at the OneAmerica Financial surface lot/garage (351 N. Capitol Ave.) for free (one block north of the Tower) and walk to the hotel.

    Please use the Capitol Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Press the call button and tell the attendant you're attending the Leading Tomorrow: Long-Term Care Summit presented by OneAmerica Financial.

       •As you exit the lot through the pedestrian gate, press the button on the post to open the gate.
