The conference qualification period is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

QUALIFICATION RULES

IMO Qualification

IMOs who hold a direct contract with OneAmerica Financial^®, may qualify for an invitation to the Independent Leaders’ Conference by meeting the following requirements:

• 30,000,000 conference credits are required during the qualification period.^*
  • IMOs who reach this level are eligible to receive an invitation for one individual and one guest 18 or older.^**

• 45,000,000 conference credits earned during the qualification period^*
  • IMOs who reach this level are eligible to receive an invitation for two individuals and two guests 18 or older^**

BGA Qualification

BGAs contracted through an IMO, or who hold a direct contract, may qualify for an invitation to the Independent Leaders’ Conference by meeting the following requirements:

• 7,500,000 conference credits are required during the qualification period^*
  • BGAs who reach this level are eligible to receive an invitation for one individual and one guest 18 or older.^**

• 15,000,000 conference credits earned during the qualification period^*
  • BGAs who reach this level are eligible to receive an invitation for two individuals and two guests 18 or older.^**

^*Conference qualification period is January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025. Conference credits are one credit for every dollar of issued Care Solutions premium. Asset Care Recurring Premium 5-pays are calculated by multiplying the first year premium by a factor of 5. All other recurring premium modes will be multiplied by a factor of 10.

^**The invitee must be in sales leadership or a marketer. OneAmerica Financial must approve the invitee.

GENERAL TRIP INFORMATION

• Attendance at the Independent Leaders’ Conference is by invitation only.
• Interpretation of the qualification rules and ultimate issuance of invitations is at the discretion of the company.
• No substitutions or compensation will be given to those who cannot attend the conference.
• OneAmerica Financial will pay eligible expenses for the producer who has been extended an invitation and one guest 18 or older.
• No additional expenses will be allowed for a producer attending without a guest.
• OneAmerica Financial reports taxable expenses to the IRS, as required by law.
• Only IMOs and BGAs holding an active marketing agreement on the actual dates of the trip may attend.
