The conference qualification period is Jan. 1, 2023 through Dec. 31, 2023.
QUALIFICATION RULES
A Care Solutions producer may qualify for an invitation to the OneAmerica® Chairman’s Trip by meeting the following requirements:
3,250,000 conference credits are required between Jan. 1, 2023 through Dec. 31, 2023.
Conference credits are one credit for every dollar of issued Care Solutions premium. Producers who reach this level will be eligible to be invited to attend with a guest over the age of 18.
Asset Care Recurring Premium 5-pays are calculated by multiplying the first-year premium by a factor of 5. All other recurring premium modes will be multiplied by a factor of 10.
Producers must be licensed with The State Life Insurance Company® as of March 1, 2023. Please verify eligibility with your marketing organization or financial institution.
GENERAL TRIP INFORMATION
Attendance is by invitation only. Interpretation of the qualification rules and ultimate issuance of invitations are at the discretion of the company.
OneAmerica will pay eligible expenses for the qualifier who has been extended an invitation and one guest over the age of 18.
No additional expenses will be allowed for an invitee attending without a guest.
No substitutions or compensation will be given in the event an invitee cannot attend the conference.
OneAmerica reports taxable expenses to the IRS, as required by law.
Only producers holding an active producer contract on the actual dates of the trip may attend.
Conference attendance is not transferable.
