The conference qualification period is Jan. 1, 2026 - Dec. 31, 2026.

Qualification rules

Producers may qualify for an invitation to the Independent Leaders' Conference (ILC) and Chairman's Trip (CT) by meeting the following requirements:

*Conference credits are required between Jan. 1, 2026, and Dec. 31, 2026. Conference credits are one credit for ever y dollar issued of Care Solutions premium. Asset Care Recurring Premium 5-pays are calculated by multiplying the first-year premium by a factor of five. All other recurring premium modes will be multiplied by a factor of 10.

**Diamond qualifiers will enjoy two additional evenings before the conference begins with a daily food and activity allowance for you and one guest.

GENERAL TRIP INFORMATION

• Attendance at the Independent Leaders’ Conference is by invitation only.
• Interpretation of the qualification rules and ultimate issuance of invitations is at the discretion of OneAmerica Financial.
• No substitutions or compensation will be given to those who cannot attend the conference.
• OneAmerica Financial^® will pay eligible expenses for the producer who has been extended an invitation and one guest 18 or older.
• No additional expenses will be allowed for a producer attending without a guest.
• OneAmerica Financial reports taxable expenses to the IRS, as required by law.
• Only producers holding an active producer contract on the actual dates of the trip may attend.
