OneAmerica Financial has made all the necessary airline arrangements for your trip. By now you should have received your flight itinerary from Acendas.
E-Ticket confirmations
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ITINERARY. Your electronic ticket represents your reservation. You will not be issued a paper ticket.
Because of potential unannounced airline schedule changes, please reconfirm your reservations with the originating airline listed on your flight schedule one day prior to your departure.
Every attempt has been made to obtain your seating preference. Boarding passes may be obtained from the airline at the airport on the day of departure. Please check in early to verify or change your seats directly with the airline. Also, be aware that some carriers may reassign your seat if you have not checked in for the flight at least two hours prior to departure.
Flight reservations arranged on your own
If you chose to book your own flights, you take full responsibility for any flight itinerary changes prior to/during your travel. OneAmerica Financial doesn’t have the authority to assist with any changes when you book your own flight. If you chose this option, you will be reimbursed after the trip. Per our policy, we reimburse the lowest economy airfare rate. This means you may not be reimbursed the full airfare you pay for the airline of your choice.
